Cardio equipment includes 4 treadmills, 4 ellipticals, 3 stationary bicycles, 2 rowing machines and 1 stair mill. Strength training equipment includes 3 arm machines, 3 leg machines, 3 abdominal benches and 1 pull up bar. Free weight equipment includes kettlebells, dumbells and medicine balls ranging from 5 lbs to 35 lbs as well as 2 complete weight racks with a barbell and plates measuring up to 300 lbs.
